My First Flickr Spam

Maybe I am just late to the party, but I got my first Flickr spam today. "breezegoseo" added me as a contact, and that happens to rarely that I added him back. Its wasn't until I went and checked out his photostream that I realized what has happened.

Is this a new tactic or have I just been fortunate up until now to not have been hit?
