Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations

Google is getting a little closer to completing their office suite with the addition of presentations to their Google Docs on-line application. All they have to do now is support off-line operation with Gears (and make the spreadsheet work better) and this could end up being a viable office solution.

I've been using Google docs religiously since they launched and if Presentations works as well as the others, it will be one more piece of Microsoft(ware) I won't buy again.

I disliked the way the spreadsheet handles formulas first, but find it works pretty smooth now. The thing I can't stand is the auto-resize of the cell when you type something larger than will fit.

These minor annoyances vs. purchasing the Office Suite though... not even close.
