That's Ambassador Treocast, Thank You
Friday, March 23, 2007
Sprint is kicking off phase 3 of their Ambassador Program and I'm pleased to have been selected as one of the 150 people asked to participate. I was part of Phase 1, but was not asked back for Phase 2 and pretty much thought that's where it would end... and then I got my invite.
This time around I was given a choice of phones: either the Samsung M610 or a Yet-To-Be-Released (YTBR) model that they describe as a
"pre-launch device that will redefine the term 'flip'... designed for those tech-savvy and music centric personalities, who want and need the latest technologies."Which do you think I asked for?
The YTBR phone is assigned on a "first come, first served" basis, so I really don't know which I will get. I'll certainly be blogging a lot about whichever device it is, and chronicling my experiences as I try to duplicate everything I currently do on my Treo 700p on the new phone. I've even been given permission to give it away at the end of the program :)
I have no idea when the new phone will arrive, so stay tuned.

Thanks. I just hope it turns out to be cool. Blogging about a crappy phone isn't any fun.
