Kick Off

The kick off of Barcamp Austin II was a success. We ended up meeting some old friends, and some very new friends, and had a great time catching up with each other. There was a "pre-party" thrown by Porter Novelli which we were supposed to go to, but by then time things broke up at Bourbon Rocks the other thing was over. Oh well, I'm pretty sure we had a better time :)

I'm still trying to figure out what panels to go to today. Quite frankly, they all seem pretty worthless to me. I may just end up back at Barcamp for the rest of the weekend.
