But my confusion's a whole different story. Hat-tip to Doug over at Topaz for this one: seems Apple thinks a sex toy from Japan is apt to cause market confusion because it uses the word 'pod' in its trademark. Well, it is mobile... and it is a device... but I seriously doubt anyone is going to be thinking about Steve Jobs when the flip the switch on one of these...
