Apple vs. Nokia in the pod-wars

Kosso's Braingarden notes in a review of Nokia's N91 that Nokia's podcast client is titled mPodder. Do you think that Apple will demand they stop using that name, as they have demanded of Podcast Ready, based on a claim to the word 'pod'? They either have to go after Nokia, or just drop the whole thing...
