It seems that Feinstein and Graham are trying to force internet streams to implement DRM. I don't know what that means for companies like Replay Radio and why they should have to suffer when their terrestrial counterparts remain untouched, but I suspect that they are about to render my $40.00 utility useless.
Get ready, because I'm sure that it will also have an effect on all the podcasters (to what extent I don't know) that have started to incorporate a "live" model into their programming as described in the April 25th epsiode of Unedited.
The fact is, until they outlaw the "audio out" connector on the front of my speaker, and the "line-in" connection on my Archos, they are not going to stop me from listening to the things I like, when I like them.
