Enfora WiFi Update

Well, I was really holding off on my next podcast until this thing arrived so that I could do a review of sorts. It came yesterday... well, I had to go pick it up yesterday from the UPS place, but that's another story.
Charged it up, installed the software, followed all the instructions... and nothing.
Treobits, the site through which I purchased the device, will only issue me a refund. They suggested that I contact Enfora and see if I can get a replacement under warranty from them. But they don't answer their phone, and it seems so far they don't return calls either.
So all I can do at this point is get my money back.
Crappy customer service really sucks.
