Women's Independence Day

Texas declared August 26th to me Women’s Independence Day. I guess I didn’t realize this was a big issue… at least not something that needed to be addressed before our education system.
But before you break out the lighter fluid and brassiere, the law does not kick in until September, 2005 (just one week late). So I guess the chains remain for one more year.
