Whether you buy in to all the hype about podcasting or not, you have to love this comment from MySpace.com CEO Chris DeWolfe. Quoting from this on-line article:
Podcasting is probably more hype than people are using it, particularly since the majority is talk radio or bad talent, but it's a good fit for MySpace because of the personal connection
So, over-hyped bad talent is a perfect fit for MySpace.com. That’s a little funny…
Funny too is when you go to MySpace.com and click 'browse' to check out the blogs, the default search it performs is for "women, age 18-35, only those with pictures." Was that 'personal' connection, or "personals"?
