The Democratization of Radio

Am I referring to Podcasting? No. Although it has been discussed time and time again, Houston’s local public radio station has decided that the “Democratization of Radio” will come in a different form. In short, they feel that this will come about by eliminating the traditional DJ and replacing it with a listener’s iPod. Wow.
Think I am exaggerating? Check out May 31st’s Future Tense Podcast. I’ve also placed this particular podcast in our ‘addendum’ feed in case you are not a subscriber.
