The Broadcast Flag is not dead

As a matter of fact, it might be voted on today. It's been tacked on to the end of a spending bill. Which means no hearing, no debate, no nothing. If you are from Texas, give Kay a call and let her office know how you feel: (202) 224-5922. And if you are from any of these states, please give your Senator a call and express your opinion.
