Stupid Mac/Treo Question

I started out syncing my Treo with iCal, Address Book, etc. and then switched at one point when I got Office to syncing with Entourage. Well, I really don't care for Entourage at this point, and would like to go back.

Can someone let me know how I can basically "nuke" everything that is in my iCal, Address Book, etc and over-write it with what is current in my Treo? It's very easy to configure in the conduits for Entourage, but I cannot for the life of me figure it our for iCal, etc.
