Tracking Feed Usage

Here's a question I thought I would throw out there: is there anyway to track how many users are downloading my RSS feed? Searched a little on the web and have not found anything useful yet, so I thought I would ask... thanks.

Feedburner... You'll need to switch your subscription feed to it, but you get stats.
